• eCartridge will only accept orders made within Australia and will only ship to Australian addresses.
• Every effort is made to ensure that information on this site is accurate, complete, correct and up to date.  No responsibility is held if there is an error on this website.
• The contents held in this site is owned by eCartridge.  You may not use or reproduce any of part of this site without prior written authority from eCartridge.
• By placing an order with eCartridge, you are agreeing to pay the published price of the product(s) and associated tax and shipping costs. 
• Prices are current at the time of publication but may change at any time without prior notice.  Prices at time of order will be honoured (unless error described above is made).
• Prices are inclusive of GST and exclusive of shipping costs. Please refer to our home page for a full description of shipping costs.
• eCartidge reserves the right to decline your order due to an error in price or product description, the unavailabilty of a product(s) or due to non-payment.
• eCartridge may terminate your right to purchase from this site at any time without prior notice. 
• Orders will not be shipped until payment has been approved.
• If you wish to cancel your order (prior to shipment), please notify eCartridge in writing. 
• Once items have been shipped, they will become the responsibility of the customer.
• eCartridge will not be held liable for any damage or repair to printers whilst using any products sold on or bought from this site.
